pluses;
- having clean alts they can use for infiltration / espionage / whatnot,

(can't fly that titan you have access to ? give us a holler! )
but whether you can join really just comes down to whether we like you or not, and whether we feel you'd be a good fit

That said we don't have any specific prerequisites to joining, so if you think your joining would be beneficial to us, it's entirely possible I'll agree with you.
